So Long Spreadsheets!

I don't miss tracking tasks in spreadsheets at all. SmartSuite makes it easy to automate workflows and collaborate across teams. I do wish they had more dashboard customization but that's a small issue.

I love how flexible and customizable SmartSuite is. I can tailor workflows and views for each client project. The templates are a bit limited but setup was still a breeze and can be customized easily. It saves us tons of time.

As a small business SmartSuite has been a cost-effective solution for managing our processes. My only gripe is the steeper learning curve for more complex workflows. But their support is stellar.
